The Salvation Army in Central Ohio is at the forefront of the efforts to combat this issue locally.

  • Since 2007, we have helped 128 people escape the horrors of human trafficking right here in Columbus.
  • Our 24-hour hotline number is available for local victims and citizens who suspect cases of human trafficking.
  • Our best weapon to combat human trafficking is public awareness.  Last  year, we provided anti-human trafficking training to 3,511 people.

More information about our efforts can be found here.

Sincerely,

Major Frank Kirk
Divisional Secretary for The Salvation Army in Central Ohio
