 Food Drives
The Salvation Army in Greater Columbus is looking for groups to sponsor new food drives for our Christmas Cheer distribution. We will pick up the collected items during the first two weeks of December at your convenience. The food will supplement the holiday baskets given to families during Cheer. We need your help more than ever! For perishable items, cash donations or vouchers from wholesalers or grocery store gift cards are the most helpful. It is difficult to collect fresh food and distribute it on such a large scale without spoilage. Donations of canned and nonperishable items are always welcome!
We can also accept food donations of any kind (perishable, non-perishable, paper and hygeine items) in our Food Pantries year round! Thank you! |
