Utility Assistance
Through a collaborative effort between The Salvation Army and Columbia
Gas, the HeatShare program is able to assist thousands of individuals
with payment of their natural gas bill.
The program has existed more than 20 years and provides each household up to $250 to maintain or restore gas services. The HeatShare program begins in April after other utility bill assistance programs have ended.
